We have specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of Aluminium Alloy 6xxx Series Billets which are widely used in the construction and consumer industry.
Over the past decade, we have been supplying and stocking them so that we can ensure our customers receive their required products just-in-time. We get our billets manufactured using the latest Air/Oil Slip Casting and homogenising techniques resulting in a product with minimal surface segregation, thinner shell zone, finer grain structure, smoother surface appearance and lower surface porosity thereby resulting in billets that require lower extrusion pressure, higher extrudability, higher mechanical properties and easy final processing.
Our extrusion billet is capable of being extruded into a range of profiles for soft to high strength applications and good surface finish for value-added finishing applications such as anodizing and powder coating. Typical uses of extruded products from the billet supplied by us include architectural applications, building and kitchen suite sections and they are used in a variety of engineering and other applications.
We offer billets of in diameters of 3.5”, 4", 4.5", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12", 13" from various Alloy ranges.
