Primary Foundry Alloy Ingots

The primary foundry ingot we supply is produced from high purity (low iron) primary metal. Carefully selected alloying elements are added and mixed in specific furnaces to reduce contamination and then cast into ingot horizontally form under stringent handling and casting practices. Due to our supply of superior liquid aluminium and HDCC casting process, alloys can be offered with very low Iron (Fe) and impurity contents, and depending on customers remelting technology, an improved yield of 1-2% (*) can be achieved compared to standard ingots due to reduced burn-off and dross. Our low level of trace impurities and iron allows individual foundries to achieve the optimal properties from castings.

We offer a wide range of Standard Alloys in various mould sizes as per customer requirements and modifications.

Primary Foundry Alloy Ingots for Galvanizing

We can offer AlSi7MgSr, AlSi3 Ingots that are used in Galvalume steel coating. Galvalume roofing has two main advantages over the more traditional [zinc] coated galvanized steel roof, namely that it offers superior corrosion resistance and improved heat reflectivity. For these reasons, Galvalume steel roofing is now increasingly replacing more traditional Galvanized roofs. While roofing and siding is the largest single application for Galvalume, it is also used for several diverse applications (automotive, appliance, etc.)

Aluminium Alloy Ingots

Aluminium Alloy Ingots are ingots in which aluminium (Al) is the predominant metal. The typical alloying elements of Aluminium Alloy Ingots are copper, magnesium, manganese, silicon, and zinc. Aluminium Alloy Ingots are widely used in engineering structures and components, where light weight or corrosion resistance is required.

We manufacture and supply wide range of Aluminium Alloy Ingots and have specialized in LM series and ADC 12. In addition, we offer Aluminium Alloy Ingots of primary and secondary grades as per IS, BS, and JIS standards.
